- Performing weekly standby duty and attends to all breakdowns in distribution net works. - Attending to all types of faults in protection and control circuits of the distribution system. - Commissioning new secondary indoor substations, pilot wire protection, etc... - Deciding at the site of modifications, changing of relay settings etc. on emergency. - Carrying out the relay setting calculations and applies it as per the changes in the 11kV network. - Connecting the interrupt in the secondary indoor substations with the co-ordination of contractors. - Carrying out the maintenance of 11kV feeder protections in primary substations and secondary indoor substations. - Carrying out the system operations for protection purposes. - Conducting the relay setting calculations as per the changes in the 11kV net work. - Evaluating the performance of technicians weekly.
Pre-Requisites :
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc Electrical Engineering). - Minimum 8 years experience in protection of EHV & HV transmission & distribution
